Holistic Nutritionist and Foodie with a human weakness for crunchy salty things. How I coach? First and foremost, I do not believe there is a "one-size" fits all approach. I believe we should all be eating real food, not counting calories, or fat grams. I've been there and done that. So what is real food? Food that is closest to the earth, minimally processed, and that has the ability to nourish the body because it contains naturally occurring nutrients that we can utilize.
So why do I call myself a "holistic" nutritionist? I am not a dietician. I believe that everything we put into the body impacts the WHOLE body-- skin, weight, mood, and our overall well-being. There is no way around replacing fresh fruits and vegetables in our diet. That being said, we are all human. And humans like snacks and convenience. So I am always on a mission to find the healthiest options in every category. Life is a journey-- and I am here to help you make the most of yours, with my favorite suggestions.
